Tharshini Tharmalingam is an award-winning Realtor with over 13 years of experience in the industry, specializing in the Toronto, York, and Durham regions. She is a dedicated RE/MAX agent who truly puts her clients first and immensely enjoys walking people through the home buying process.

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, Tharshini began working in marketing and research but soon found her true passion to be real estate. She is a now a full-time agent, dedicated to helping people sell their property and find their dream home.

Making the home buying and selling processes simple for her clients is Tharshini’s mandate. Tharshini has received many qualifications necessary to make her a one-stop-shop for all of her client’s real estate needs. In addition to being a Realtor, she is also a mortgage agent with Square Capital Inc. and provides property management services for her investor clients.
